Last updated in December 2003, this website was about the “Inland Revenue simplification”, which is expected to become effective in April 2006. During the last nearly 2 years, far longer than I had realised, there have been  many changes to the intended amendments, which I regret have not been recorded here. As I won’t have much spare time for a while, I have decided to suspend operations.
